Please note that we require 1 to 3 days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Average time is 2 – 5 business days for processing your order and to ship it out. 

U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS and International orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center, the product is from.
– Average transit times to the United States: 5 – 20 business days.
– Average transit times to International: 7 – 30 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time and any delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the world as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products. When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here.

Wrong address disclaimer! It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@yubi.store if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns. By placing an order at Yubi Store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages. Yubi Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
